Life by a Fingertip
A woman living in a camp for the internally displaced near Lira Town, saved her own life by instinctively shielding the back of her neck with her hand as a rebel struck her with a thick stick. While the attacker momentarily left the scene to speak with a commander, the rebel left to guard her allowed her to escape.
